Overview
Refresher review for current TR-C holders. We rework the TR-C content outline against current TECC and TCCC guidance, drill the phases of care, and finish with timed exam-style questions. It suits responders who plan to recertify by retest or want a structured review. This course is exam review only: it is not a TCCC or TECC provider course, and our IBSC Approved Review Course application is pending. Any IBSC fee is paid to IBSC directly.

Questions About This Course
Do not count on it. IBSC recertifies TR-C by retest, or with current EMR-level certification or higher plus at least 16 hours of tactical casualty care education consistent with TCCC or TECC that is state, provincial or CAPCE approved. IBSC's 2026 TR-C handbook names the NAEMT TCCC course as acceptable for those 16 hours. This course is exam review, our IBSC Approved Review Course application is pending, and we have not confirmed CE approval for it. Check with IBSC before counting any of our hours toward recertification.
No. You apply for the TR-C exam and pay IBSC directly. IBSC lists the fee at $175 for affiliate members and $195 for non-members on its 2026 fee schedule. IBSC charges the same amount to recertify. IBSC sets eligibility and testing options, and we do not administer or score IBSC exams.
Open a course, pick a session and select Reserve Seat, then pay on our secure payment page by card or bank account (ACH). Paying online adds a processing fee, and you see the exact total before you pay. Your seat is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. To pay by card over the phone or an agency purchase order instead, reserve your seat, then contact us. If no date works for you, request one.
Cancellation and reschedule terms depend on the course and are shown before you reserve. Contact us as early as you can and we will help you move to another date when seats are open.
