When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, certification level, state, and license information. When you take courses, we record your progress, quiz responses, and completion timestamps so we can issue valid CAPCE certificates.

We use your information to deliver courses, track CE credits, generate certificates, send required notifications about your account and learning, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We share information only as necessary to operate the platform: with payment processors for billing, with email delivery providers for notifications, and with cloud storage providers for course content. If you join an organization, your CE progress is visible to your organization administrators.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and certificate records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support audit and recertification verification needs.
5. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your dashboard settings. To request a full data export or permanent deletion, contact us.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure password hashing, and regular security audits.
