1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Code Blue Training platform you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. CE Credits and Certificates

Course completion certificates are valid only when issued through the normal course flow with all required engagement, time-spent, and quiz requirements met. Certificates are CAPCE-approved at the time of issuance, and we do not retroactively revoke valid certificates.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your account, manipulate course progress tracking, attempt to bypass quiz controls, redistribute course content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, and platform code is owned by Code Blue Training or its instructors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course content for your own learning.

7. Disclaimers

Code Blue Training provides continuing education content. We do not provide medical advice. Always follow your local protocols, medical direction, and clinical judgment when providing patient care.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice.
