Yes! Every Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full access to the entire course library, certificates, and all Pro features. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
Absolutely. All courses in the Pro and Team plans are CAPCE (Commission on Accreditation for Prehospital Continuing Education) approved. Certificates are generated instantly upon course completion and include all required accreditation information.
Yes, you can switch at any time from your account settings. When switching from monthly to annual, you'll receive a prorated credit. Annual billing saves you over 25% compared to monthly.
Team pricing is per seat, per month (or per year with annual billing). A "seat" is one active user in your organization. You can add or remove seats at any time, and billing adjusts automatically. Minimum of 5 seats for Team plans.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) for individual plans. Team plans can also be invoiced with net-30 terms for organizations that require purchase orders or departmental billing.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments. We'll send a reminder before your plan renews.
